Returns Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

1.2. Items that are not eligible for return include: – Customized or personalized products. – Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery. – Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the order.

2.3. The customer support team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address. 

2.4. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

3.1. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send an email notification to the customer regarding the status of their refund.

3.2. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

4.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. If customers wish to exchange an item, they should follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If customers receive a damaged or defective item, they must contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the order.

3.2. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Clothing and Protective Headgear:

6.1.Clothing items should be carefully placed inside their original garment bag (or a similar plastic bag for protection) and must have all the original tags attached. The plastic bag serves as a safeguard against any damage that could be caused by the packaging material. Items that are not packaged with this protective layer are likely to be scratched upon arrival and will be sent back to the customer.

6.2. Protective helmets must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including their original helmet bag, box, and all the accompanying paperwork and accessories.

6.3. If unused items are returned with incomplete or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers, they may either be returned to the customer or be subject to an additional processing fee. The fee will be determined based on the availability and condition of the missing or damaged components, and it can amount to up to 25% of the merchandise cost.

Non-Returnable Items

7.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:  Undergarments and Consumables such as filters, oils, or lubricants

8.1. Ubike Store reserves the right to modify or update this Refunds and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. 

8.2. Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
